Whether you are just beginning your meditation journey or hoping to dive deeper into your practice, explore techniques and tools for quieting the mind including breathing techniques for everyday life, meditation practices, hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and more.

FAQS

  • Anyone who is interested in learning the tools and techniques for meditation, mindfulness, and interested in learning the power of silence.

  • We will spend Thursday night in conversation, learning more about the breathing techniques, meditation techniques, discussions, and will enter silence before bed Thursday night.

  • We recommend layered clothing for different weather, journal, books, hiking shoes, snacks if desired. Light breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included.

  • Most rooms will be shared with at least two beds. There are a few king rooms that will be at a higher price. Please email emily@doseyogaraleigh.com for pricing information on king bed rooms.
