Should I sign up in advance?

We highly recommend pre registering for your class so you are guaranteed a spot. It's first come first serve with any walk-ins. Click here to register!

What class is right for me?

If you are new to hot yoga we recommend the Mellow Dose. It's a great segway to our more challenging and hotter class, The Daily Dose. If you are looking to relax and unwind, we recommend the Dose Down. For class descriptions, click here!

What should I wear to class?

We recommend comfortable clothing that is sweat wicking and can stretch. If you are running late or forget your clothes, our retail section is stacked with the proper swag needed for your class!

Should I eat before class?

Yes! We recommend eating something light about 30 minutes before each experience. Make sure to hydrate before, during and after your class. If you forget your water, no worries! Our in-house Elixir Bar offers smoothies, assorted wellness drinks, bottled water, toast, and acai bowls to replenish and hydrate you before or after class.

Do you have mats and yogi toe towels?

Yes, we have mat rental and yogi toe towel rental for $2 each.

Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes we have both! We have complimentary lockers with programmable locks to keep your belongings safe and showers with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also offer hair dryers, hair ties, and deodorant if you are on the go!

Where should I park?

Both locations have convenient parking decks located right beside both studios.

Can I visit while I'm pregnant?

Please consult your physician as to the safety of participating in hot + cold therapies.

Lost and Found?

All lost and found items are donated to a charitable organization at the end of each calendar month.

What if I need to cancel or suspend my membership?

We require a 30 day notice to cancel any recurring membership. Please fill out this digital form.
