The ceiling of the yoga room has stars all over and the lights are dimmed low, I found it really relaxing and welcoming. The staff is great and always ready to help! I have been practicing yoga in Raleigh for years and this studio is one of my favorites. The instructors are very talented and teach very challenging classes. The yoga room itself is extremely peaceful. The star lit ceiling gives you such a good mental break! Even if you just lay in the room for the full class, its worth it. Treat yourself to a healthy smoothie after class. They are so good and have fun seasonal flavors. 10/10 recommend Dose yoga!

Honestly I never thought I would get into hot yoga. I thought it was a fad and couldn't see myself doing it much. But my friend asked me to come along and I have fallen in love. This place is such a sweet little community. I feel so welcome here and at this point like I'm friends with some of the instructors. The smoothies are great, and worth the price. It's a loving environment, but the work you do here will challenge you physically and mentally in a way that leaves you feeling strong, renewed, and satisfied. The dose down cbd massage is also very worthwhile for a good cool down at the end of a long week.

Listen to what they are teaching, hear the words they are saying. It's a practice that with time changes everything.
